Manufacturing Technicians begin by learning our processes and how to operate our semi-automatic press machines.
From there, your pay & career will continue to grow as you learn more brush & abrasive product making skills across various departments.
There are opportunities to move into more advanced manufacturing as set-up technicians or to grow into a maintenance role.
We also value the experience our hourly co-workers gain on the manufacturing floor and promote from within to other professional roles.
